The Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nano Systems ENAS will take part in the MEMS Sensing and Network System 2022. Together with its partners from Tohoku University and the Fraunhofer Project Center »NEMS/MEMS Devices and Manufacturing Technologies« at Tohoku University, Fraunhofer ENAS will introduce newest research results in MEMS technologies, MEMS and printed devices and MEMS-based systems.
