Since last years the German government has been promoting the "Industry 4.0", sophistication of the production using the "IoT (Internet of Things)".

At the "New Value Creation Exhibition 2014" (Nov. 19-21) organized by SME Support Japan, a seminar on "German Industry 4.0" will be held on November 20th. A researcher from the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA working on Industry 4.0, will introduce the Industry 4.0 R&D Roadmap and R&D activities in Germany.
