Exhibition 38th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology

Public demands are getting higher for developing safe pharmaceutical products, or establishing novel safety assessment systems using cutting-edge techniques that can substitute the current animal studies or reduce the number of experimental animals used. Since the toxicology science field has encountered epoch-making advancement such as -omics technologies, safety biomarkers, biologics and stem cell research, the focus on applications of toxicology becomes stronger.

The researchers of Fraunhofer Institute of Toxicology and Experimental Medicine (ITEM) will have a booth (S-15, 3rd. floor) at the the 38th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology in Pacifico Yokohama in cooperation with its Japanese agency LSP Co., Ltd. Fraunhofer ITEM introduces latest activities such as contract research of inhalation toxicity.
