In the Fraunhofer organisation of 57 research institutes, more than 20 institutes are developing new materials, processes and products related to nano technology.
On this years nano tech 2009 we will show a comprehensive overview of these activities as well as the company „micro resist technologies“ which turned the development of the Frauhofer institute ISC into a product.
