Oct 16, 2010: On October 16th the German School of Tokyo Yokohama (DSTY) became officially certified as a Roberta®-school.
 

Prolongation of the agreement with Sendai

Jul 13, 2010: Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the city of Sendai singed the extension of the agreement of 2005, now including a new action program.

Jul 8, 2010: Fraunhofer IPA singed an "Agreement on Cooperation" with the City of Osaka on July 8th and is planning to install a point of contact in Osaka.

Mie-Prefecture and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft Collaboration

Jun 20, 2008: Mr. Ishigaki, Chief Director of Mie Industry and Enterprises Support Center (MIESC) and Dr. Lorenz Granrath, Fraunhofer Representative in Japan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Through that, Fraunhofer will participate in the newly established Advanced Materials Innovation Center (AMIC) in Yokkaichi and collaborate with other partners and local industry to create new materials and new applications.
