Fraunhofer is going to introduce the following R&D results at the poster session of the 4th JACI/GSC Symposium. 

Thermochromic nano-coatings either absorb heat or permit its reflection, depending on their temperature. It can help reduce energy usage and generate savings.

Glass-fronted office buildings are some of the biggest energy consumers, and regulating their temperature is a big job. Now a façade element developed by Fraunhofer researchers and designers for glass fronts is to reduce energy consumption by harnessing solar thermal energy.
