The Fraunhofer IPA (Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation) »Ultraclean Technology and Micromanufacturing« department is an internationally renowned center of excellence in the field of production processes conducted under cleanroom conditions. Based on its experience and knowledge, Fraunhofer IPA is the independent, internationally renowned test center for cleanroom certification, and certification of cleanliness as well as cleanroom suitability of process and automation equipment, components, and materials.

In this workshop the researchers of Fraunhofer IPA wil present their technology for material evaluation, accompanied by the introduction of whole process from sampling to analysis with the state of the art technology of MARKES International and Agilent Technologies.
